This class is designed for new shooters, first-time gun owners, or anyone wanting a strong foundation in handgun safety and fundamentals. In a relaxed, supportive environment, students learn how to safely and responsibly handle a handgun while gaining confidence through hands-on instruction.

During this approximately 45-minute classroom session, you’ll cover:

• Core handgun safety rules and safe handling
• Basic handgun fundamentals and operation
• A practical Q&A covering Georgia gun laws and use of force
• Guidance on choosing the right handgun for you

With over 65 different handguns available, our instructors help students explore fit, comfort, and options—so you’re not guessing or overwhelmed when it comes time to choose.

Everything you need is provided—handguns, targets, and eye & ear protection (though you’re welcome to bring your own).
